SOUTH JORDAN, UT — Authorities have filed multiple charges against two men in connection with the disappearance of 15-year-old Alisa Petrov, who has been missing since April 21.

According to the South Jordan Police Department, both men—identified as Matthew Nocholas Menard of Miami, Florida, and William Taylor Glines of Texas City, Texas—had been in contact with Alisa prior to her disappearance from school.

Surveillance footage later captured Alisa exiting a UTA train in Provo just before midnight on April 21. Her family reported that she had spoken to people at the station about finding a way to Las Vegas.

“She’s never had behavior like this before, and it’s very difficult to hear that she never came to school,” said Natalia Petrova, Alisa’s aunt to KUTV. “Unfortunately, we didn’t even find out until the parents went to pick her up.”

Menard and Glines now face multiple charges, including aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, enticement of a minor, and criminal solicitation. Glines faces additional charges of attempted aggravated exploitation and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Law enforcement agencies in Utah, Texas, and Florida are working collaboratively to locate both suspects and to bring Alisa home safely. The teen is officially classified as a runaway juvenile but is considered missing and endangered.

A $20,000 reward is being offered to the first person who provides verifiable information that directly leads to Alisa’s safe return.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the South Jordan Police Department immediately.
