Galveston locals and visitors can look forward to a weekend of art, energy, and creativity as two unique events take place back-to-back on Friday and Saturday. It will take place at the Hutchings Sealy & Co building, 2328 Strand Street.
On Friday, June 13, Home Curated will host a special Friday the 13th event from 4 to 7 p.m. on the 3rd floor, offering a mix of mystical services, art, and flash tattoos:
- Forever & Co Permanent Jewelry will be on-site with permanent pieces to add a touch of sparkle
- Luna Silverwisp-Tattoos will offer Friday the 13th-themed flash tattoos
- Emmyrose will provide tarot readings for those curious about their fate
- Miixed Feels will capture attendees’ aura photos in vibrant color
- Jennifer Hardy will feature handmade crafts and curious creations
- Galveston Airbrush will offer custom airbrush tattoos throughout the evening
The shops on the 2nd and 3rd floors will remain open for normal business, throughout the weekend activities.
The following evening, Saturday, June 14, the island’s ArtWalk Galveston returns from 6 to 9 p.m., spotlighting local artists and creators.
At The Art Place, attendees can view work by Kathy Kromer (@kathy.kromer.art) and Heather from Pirate Monkey Gallery. Nearby, Sassy Pineapple and Sewceans will be serving wine while showcasing their latest art and handmade goods.
Both events are open to the public and offer opportunities to support local businesses, artists, and makers in a lively, creative setting. Show up to the Hutchings Sealy & Co building at 2328 Strand Street for unique experiences.
