LEAGUE CITY – Three people were taken to the hospital early Wednesday afternoon, following a two-vehicle crash in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

According to League City Police, the crash occurred around 12:55 p.m. when a white Ford F-150 traveling eastbound veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a black Dodge Ram heading westbound.

The Ford had one adult occupant, while the Dodge carried two. All three individuals were reported to be conscious, alert, and breathing at the scene. They were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

Police say the driver of the Ford has been issued a citation for driving on the wrong side of the road.

The incident remains under investigation.
