TEXAS CITY – On Thursday, June 12, 2025, the Texas City Police Department arrested Felipe Angel Villamar, 27, a Houston resident, in connection with an online solicitation of a minor.
The arrest followed an investigation conducted by the department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, along with the Criminal Investigations Division, Crime Suppression Unit, Crime Scene Unit, and Patrol Division.
Villamar was charged with online solicitation of a minor. His bail has been set at $100,000.
The Texas City Police Department emphasized its commitment to protecting youth and pursuing justice for victims.
Officials said investigations are ongoing and that updates will be provided as more cases reach conclusion.
