LEAGUE CITY — Families with young children are invited to take part in Baby Con, a free early childhood event scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at Hellen Hall Library.

The event is geared toward families with children from birth to age 3 and will feature workshops, activities, and resources to help parents support their child’s development. It’ll also be the first time the library hosts this event.

Community partners including SMART Family Early Childhood, upWORDS, and DePelchin Children’s Center will be on hand to provide information and connect families with local resources.

City of La Porte Police Department will also be there to aid in proper car set installment.

Baby Con will be held in League City. Admission is free.
