HOUSTON — A Dickinson man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender was arrested Monday by the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Division.

Deputies located and arrested 25-year-old Adam Amador in Houston in connection with a warrant tied to a 2019 conviction for indecency with a child, officials said.

“Removing dangerous offenders who target the most vulnerable members of our community is a priority as it aligns with Sheriff Fullen’s vision for public safety,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.

Anyone with information on a wanted fugitive is urged to call 409-766-2311 or email fugitivetips@galvestoncountytx.gov.
