SANTA FE – The City of Santa Fe, along with Galveston County, is hosting a free tire recycling event, scheduled for October 13 through the 17th, according to a city social media post.

The event will take place from 7AM to 4PM, at 11730 Highway 6. The event is exclusive to Galveston County Residents only, and certain rules are in place on which tires can be accepted.

• No Commercial or Agriculture Tire Accepted
• Eight Tires per Vehicle
• Exclusive to County Residents only
• A photo ID will be required
