CLEAR CREEK ISD — Families are invited to dive into a day of reading-inspired fun at the annual Books Alive Family Festival, happening Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The free event, presented by CCISD Library & Media Services and sponsored by the Clear Creek Education Foundation, H-E-B, and CCISD Friends of the Library, will take place at the CCISD Learner Support Center, 2903 Falcon Pass in Houston.

Guests can expect everything from magic shows and mariachi performances to a petting zoo, drone flying, arts and crafts, and even a “Hot Lava Walk” obstacle challenge.
Attendees will check in at the Welcome Desk to receive a loot bag and adventure map to guide them through the exhibits.
