CCISD — Clear Creek ISD is asking parents and staff to weigh in on the proposed academic calendar for the 2026–27 school year. Community members have through November 30, 2025, to review two draft options and select their preference in district surveys.

Both calendar versions include transition days for incoming Pre-K, Kindergarten, sixth grade, and ninth grade students, along with the same set of holidays and early release days. The most notable differences between the drafts are found in March 2027, when each proposal outlines different professional learning days and holiday schedules.

Draft One would end the school year on May 20, 2027. Draft Two extends the year by one additional day, concluding on May 21.

The Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees will make the final decision on which calendar to adopt. District officials note the approved calendar could still be altered if required by state legislation or if the school year is disrupted by severe weather.
