GALVESTON — Texas country duo Dos Borrachos, made up of Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager, will headline the Third Annual Galveston Island Country Music Fest on January 24, 2026, the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce announced Thursday.
The event will be held at the Galveston Island Convention Center at 5600 Seawall Blvd. Fowler and Creager, known for their energetic shows and popular Texas country songs, formed the duo in 2019. Their most recent album, Uno Mas, was released in June and includes tracks such as “Margarita Man,” “This Beer is Making Me Awesome,” “Those Nights These Days,” and “Joe Sure Knows How to Live.”
The festival will feature more than live music. The Chamber describes it as a Texas-style celebration with pool tables, a mechanical bull, arcade games, vendors, drinks, a large dinner, and other entertainment throughout the evening.
The event begins at 6 p.m., followed by the Chamber’s annual meeting and awards program at 6:30 p.m. Vic Pierson will be honored as the 2025 Galvestonian of the Year. Dos Borrachos are scheduled to perform at 8 p.m., with a VIP meet-and-greet available for top-level sponsors.
Reserved table sponsorships start at $3,500. Individual open-seating tickets cost $175 for Chamber members and $225 for the general public.
The Chamber says proceeds will support its work in business advocacy, community development, education, and leadership programs. Tickets and sponsorship information are available on the Galveston Chamber website.
