FRIENDSWOOD— Police arrested a Friendswood man Wednesday after investigators say security footage showed him entering an elderly homeowner’s residence and stealing prescription medication earlier this month.

According to police, the Friendswood Field Support Unit and investigators took Stephen Lee Seiter, 40, into custody on November 13 in the 100 block of Avery Springs Lane in League City. Seiter was wanted on a Harris County felony warrant for burglary of a habitation.

The warrant stems from a November 3 incident in the 16800 block of Barcelona Drive, where investigators say Seiter was recorded entering the home while the homeowner was hospitalized.

According to police, Seiter was employed as a home health worker for the victim.
