LEAGUE CITY – The town is preparing for two annual holiday events on Saturday, November 29: the Nutcracker in the Park outdoor market and the city’s tree lighting ceremony.

Nutcracker in the Park will take place at League Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The outdoor market will feature more than 50 local vendors, food trucks, and free commemorative League City ornaments while supplies last.

Children can also participate in a ballet class with the Sugar Plum Fairy. Registration is available through the city’s Eventbrite link.

The tree lighting ceremony will be held the same evening at League Park from 6 to 7 p.m. Hot cocoa will be served beginning at 5 p.m. Families are invited to attend, take photos, and help welcome the start of the holiday season.
