The Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office says a multi-day operation aimed at identifying online predators resulted in 11 arrests, with four more expected.
The operation was carried out earlier this month with assistance from the Pearland Police Department and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Those arrested face charges including Online Solicitation of a Minor and related offenses. According to investigators, the following individuals were taken into custody:

- Alvarez-Castillo, Williams (28) – Online Solicitation, Resisting Arrest, ICE Detainer
- Barrera, Juan (41) – Online Solicitation, ICE Detainer
- Callalli Segovia, Santiago (45) – Online Solicitation
- Crenshaw, Johnathan (24) – Online Solicitation
- Cruz Colinders, Jose (28) – Online Solicitation, ICE Detainer
- Escalante Hernandez, Jose (32) – Online Solicitation, ICE Detainer
- Frias-Giancola, Emilio (42) – Online Solicitation, ICE Detainer
- Norio, Gabriel (28) – Online Solicitation
- Peltier, Jamar (30) – Online Solicitation
- Richard, James (30) – Online Solicitation, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Possession of Child Pornography (2 counts)
- Neel, Erik (53) – Online Solicitation, Possession of Child Pornography (2 counts)
The sheriff’s office thanked several assisting agencies, including police departments from Pearland, Texas City, La Marque, Hitchcock, Manvel, Stafford, and Sugar Land, along with the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Houston Police Department.
