LEAGUE CITY – Police arrested several people early Monday morning after officers spotted a stolen truck and tried to pull it over.

According to a press release, just before 4 a.m., officers saw a stolen GMC Sierra heading west on East Main Street near South Egret Bay Boulevard. When they attempted a traffic stop, the driver refused to pull over. Officers used spike strips a short time later, stopping the truck. The suspects were taken into custody without any further trouble.

The case is still under investigation. Anyone with information, or anyone who believes they may also be a victim, is asked to contact Detective Evans at 281-554-1863.
