GALVESTON — Moody Gardens is offering a variety of festive dining experiences this holiday season, from Christmas Day brunches and buffets to special events and New Year’s Eve celebrations. Families and visitors can enjoy seasonal cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere while taking in holiday magic.

Holiday in the Gardens Buffet

• Dates: Nov. 22, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026
• Location: The Garden Restaurant
• Time: 3 – 8 p.m.
  Guests can enjoy classic holiday dishes including roasted turkey, garlic-herb striploin, blackened mahi mahi, fresh salads, sides, desserts, and kid-friendly options. Vegetarian and gluten-friendly selections are available.

Christmas Dining Options

• Breakfast with Santa: Dec. 13–14 & Dec. 20–23, 8:30 – 10 a.m., Frances Anne Moody Ballroom. A family-friendly buffet with breakfast favorites and photo opportunities with Santa.
• Holiday Fantasy: North Pole’s Got Talent: Dec. 19, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026, Moody Gardens Hotel. A high-energy dinner show featuring acrobats, aerialists, fire dancers, and more.
• Christmas Eve Buffets: Dec. 24, The Garden Restaurant (10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.) and Café in the Park (5 – 9 p.m.), with holiday classics and seasonal desserts.
• Christmas Day Brunch & Buffets: Dec. 25, Frances Anne Moody Ballroom (10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.), The Garden Restaurant (10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.), and Café in the Park (11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.). Options include made-to-order omelets, seafood gumbo, carving stations, lobster bisque, and festive desserts.
• Shearn’s Christmas Four-Course Dinner: Dec. 25, 5:30 – 8:45 p.m., Shearn’s Seafood & Prime Steaks. Entrées include herb-crusted prime rib or slow-roasted leg of lamb, with apple cranberry torte for dessert. $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

New Year’s Eve at Moody Gardens

• Dinner at Shearn’s Seafood & Prime Steaks: Dec. 31, 5:30 – 8:45 p.m. Celebrate the new year with a special menu, Galveston Bay views, and fireworks.
