29 Clear Creek ISD Students Earn 2026 TMEA All-State Honors

LEAGUE CITY – Twenty-nine students from Clear Creek ISD have been named 2026 All-State musicians by the Texas Music Educators Association, earning the highest honor available to high school music students in Texas.

Each year, more than 70,000 students across the state audition through TMEA’s regional process. From those auditions, 1,833 students are selected to perform in one of 18 All-State bands, orchestras and choirs.

The selected students represent all five comprehensive high schools in the district.

Students from Clear Brook High School include Adeline Whitehead, Jewel Rawls, Madison Bistel, Kara Pham, Caeleigh Rosado and Allie Chu in choir; Corgan Nguyen and Angela Ransom in band; and Nate Grissom and Nathaniel Calili in orchestra. Chu was also selected as a soloist for the TMEA All-State Mixed Choir.

Clear Creek High School student Suri Xu was selected in orchestra.

From Clear Falls High School, Kai Barrera, Hagan Frey and Daniel Carey were selected in band.

Clear Lake High School honorees include Ava Rojas in choir; Patrick Lee, Luca Giannetti and Aaron Almanza in band; and Quynn McCoy in orchestra.

Clear Springs High School students selected include Kaavya Rajarathnam and Ava Ramirez-Stewart in choir; Calvin Anderson, Luke Ehmke, Bryce Butler, Julian Castro Smith and Enrique Polanco Jr. in band; and Mallory Dinkel, Zakrey Hernandez and Maya Ikegami in orchestra.

The students performed at the annual TMEA Clinic/Convention in San Antonio in February.
