LEAGUE CITY – Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a truck and a motorcycle Monday morning in League City.

According to the League City Police Department, the crash was reported around 5:30 a.m. at the intersection of League City Parkway and Baybridge Drive.

Investigators said the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on League City Parkway when it collided with a truck.

Police said there were no signs of intoxication.

The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital and was not alert or conscious at the scene. The driver of the truck remained at the scene.

The intersection remained closed for a period of time while crash investigators processed the scene.
