DICKINSON — A woman is hospitalized following a late-night crash Monday in Dickinson, according to police.

The crash happened at approximately 11:36 p.m. at the intersection of FM 517 and Highway 3.

Dickinson Police said a driver was traveling eastbound through the intersection with a green light when the vehicle struck a woman who was crossing the roadway while pushing a bicycle and a cart.

Authorities said the woman was transported to HCA Clear Lake Hospital with possible broken bones and lacerations. Her current condition has not been released.

Investigators said there were no signs of intoxication from the driver. At this time, charges are not expected to be filed.

League City Police assisted Dickinson officers with the crash scene investigation.

The incident remains under investigation.
