Four arrested after large fight in Kemah leaves at least one injured

KEMAH — Four people were arrested after a disturbance involving an estimated 20 to 30 people early Sunday morning in Kemah, according to Police Chief Raymond Garivey.

Police responded around 2:41 a.m. to the 600 block of Bradford Avenue near Toucan Alley.

Garivey said the incident began as an argument between a couple of people before escalating into a larger disturbance involving approximately 20 to 30 people.

Police identified four people arrested following the incident as Faith Porche, Sean Porche, Sean Burkhead and Paige Galtier.

A woman was assaulted during the disturbance and suffered a gash to the back of her head, Garivey said.

Additional information about the charges against those arrested and the condition of the injured woman was not immediately available.
